The Captain Planet Collective (CPC) prepares young people to thrive in the rapidly growing green economy. As industries respond to climate change and sustainable development priorities, the need for skilled, mission-driven professionals continues to expand. This program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue meaningful careers that strengthen communities and protect the planet.

Through monthly, self-paced modules, participants build a strong foundation in the green economy and explore diverse career pathways across governance, finance, science, technology, communications, nonprofit leadership, and more. Live virtual events featuring sustainability professionals provide real-world insights and networking opportunities.

Participants who complete all required modules, coursework, and live sessions earn a certificate recognizing their commitment and readiness to step into the green workforce with purpose and direction.
