🌱 DACTION EARTH SUMMIT 2026: COMPOST, CULTIVATE & CONSERVE

📍 Akure, Ondo State, Gambia
📅 September 26, 2026

Join us for the DACTION EARTH Summit 2026: Compost, Cultivate & Conserve, a one-day interactive environmental event that empowers young people to take practical action for a healthier planet.

Participants will address three interconnected environmental challenges affecting Akure and surrounding communities: declining soil fertility, poor organic waste management, and limited opportunities for young people to engage in practical environmental action. They will better understand the relationship between waste management, soil health, and food security.

Through engaging discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and collaboration with agricultural experts and community waste workers, participants will gain practical knowledge and develop realistic action plans they can implement in their homes, schools, and communities.

✅ Subjects:

• Composting and organic waste management.
• Soil restoration and soil health.
• Sustainable food systems and food security.

✅ Activities:

• Engaging discussions with university experts, environmental leaders, and community waste workers.
